Children, Teachers, Parent volunteers all came together to turn the school into a festive delight. Santa's grotto took shape with tinsel and fairy lights; the school hall was turned into a Christmas market with loads of wonderful things to buy and the year six children worked hard to turn their classroom into a games room. In the year three and four classes all the fantastic decorations which had been made by the children were displayed to maximum effect.

At the end of the day, friends and family swarmed into the building, where they could buy loads of lovely cakes and refreshments to eat and drink whilst wandering around the school. The children entertained themselves at the craft stall and many children were lucky enough to visit Santa in his grotto.

The atmosphere around the school was wonderful and eight lucky people walked away with amazing hampers courtesy of the raffle. Thank you to everyone who was involved in making it such a wonderful event where over £1,800 was raised. A special thank you must go to Michelle Smith (parent of Luke and Daisy) who along with her mum Linda, ensured that the event was a huge success. Thank You!
